Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your access to ReceiptMade. By using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Operator
ReceiptMade is operated by ReceiptMade in Lithuania. You can contact us at receiptmade@gmail.com.
2. Permitted purpose
ReceiptMade is for legitimate business, creative, and educational use only. You may create receipts for genuine transactions, internal records, demonstrations, design work, training, film or theatre props, and other lawful purposes.
3. Prohibited conduct
Fraudulent or illegal use is strictly prohibited. You must not create, alter, present, or distribute a receipt to deceive any person; claim a false purchase, payment, expense, refund, warranty, tax deduction, reimbursement, or insurance benefit; impersonate a business; evade taxes or accounting duties; falsify evidence; or violate intellectual-property, consumer-protection, criminal, tax, or other applicable law. You must not remove or conceal context where doing so would make a creative or educational receipt misleading.
4. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for the information, names, logos, images, amounts, taxes, and other content you enter or upload and for how you use the output. You must have all necessary rights and permissions, keep records accurate, and comply with the laws applicable to you and the transaction. ReceiptMade does not validate a receipt, prove a transaction, or provide accounting, tax, or legal advice.
5. Company names and trademarks
Company names, trademarks, and trade dress shown in template titles identify the style or subject of an example. They belong to their respective owners. ReceiptMade is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, approved by, or endorsed by any featured company. Templates are original approximations and are not official receipts. You may not use a template in a way that suggests affiliation, endorsement, origin, or authenticity. Rights holders may contact receiptmade@gmail.com with a substantiated concern.
6. Service and availability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features or templates, including to prevent misuse or respond to legal or rights-holder concerns. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that generated documents meet a particular legal, accounting, or tax requirement.
7. Intellectual property
ReceiptMade and its original site design, software, text, and template artwork are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service and lawfully generated output for the permitted purposes above. No rights in third-party brands are granted.
8. Suspension and termination
We may block or terminate access where we reasonably believe the service is being misused, these Terms are breached, or action is required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ReceiptMade is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss arising from user-supplied content, misuse, reliance on generated documents, or third-party claims. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Lithuanian law. Courts in Lithuania have jurisdiction, without depriving consumers in the European Economic Area or elsewhere of mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings available under the law of their residence. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms when the service or law changes. The updated date will be shown above. Material changes apply prospectively and will be communicated where legally required.
