About this rent receipt template
A rent receipt documents that a tenant paid rent for a specific period. It protects both sides: tenants get proof of payment - essential when rent is paid in cash - and landlords keep a clean payment history for each property. Some states and cities require landlords to provide one on request.
What a rent receipt includes
