About this parking receipt template
A parking receipt records a paid parking session: where the vehicle was parked, for how long, at what rate, and how the fee was paid. Drivers claim parking back as a travel expense, so garages and lot operators are asked for receipts constantly.
What a parking receipt includes
- ✓Garage, lot, or operator name and location
- ✓Entry and exit time or parking duration
- ✓Zone or space, rate, and total charged
- ✓Payment method and ticket or session number
When to issue a parking receipt
